Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The shipping cost for sending the product to our center shall be borne by the customer

The shipping cost for returning the goods to the customer: to be borne by the customer or included in the repair cost (depending on the individual case)

All repairs that reach the specified threshold are eligible for free shipping on a single shipment. Free shipping service is only applicable to the transportation methods and regions designated by this center and is limited to normal delivery services. If customers choose express delivery, valuation or other additional logistics services, the relevant costs will be borne separately. The free shipping offer cannot be used in conjunction with other shipping discounts. The actual applicable conditions and thresholds are subject to the latest announcements of this center. After the repair is completed and the delivery is arranged, the watch will be handed over to the designated logistics company for transportation. The delivery time may vary depending on the sending area, logistics method and local operation conditions. Generally, the reference delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 working days.
